RACHEL REBECCA COVEY

my first blog post is dedicated to my beautiful older sister, rachel. she passed away 3 weeks ago at only 21 years old. i can't even begin to describe in words how hard it has been and the pain, sadness, and regret i have felt. but i take comfort in knowing that she is in paradise with my papa and she is now serving a mission. she was an AMAZING person with so many talents and goals and i won't ever forget the memories i have with her.

i could seriously write an entire book on rachel's accomplishments in life and how she has changed me for the better. but there is one thing about her that inspires me the most. she had passion. she had passion for the things she loved. she always knew what she wanted and fought to get it. she tried college, but decided that what she really loved to do is care for animals - so she started training to be a veterinarian. it's rachel who has inspired me to start this blog and share my passion with others.  she has inspired me to find what i love to do. i have always loved fashion and have decided to finally do something about it. i have an obsession with shopping, whether its online or at the mall, and i love to design clothes, put together outfits, and do hair and makeup. when i have a cute outfit on,  i feel the most confident.

she would want me to do this - to move on and start living my life. she would want me to be happy.
