to the snow. seriously, could it get any colder? i apologize for being gone so long, but Christmas is always busy for me because there is too much to celebrate, too much to eat, and too many people to see and hang out with. but i love it. it really is the most wonderful time of the year. 

lately i've had an obsession with peplum tops. and JOE'S jeans are the most comfortable things in the world.

sometimes

life gets too busy, and you don't have time to blog. but yay! finals week is FINALLY over, i moved out of the dorms, it has been an adventureful weekend seeing all my friends who came home for Christmas, and in 24 hours i will be at a beach house in costa rica with absolutely no worries. and oh yeah. my family is pretty much obsessed with lord of the rings so we just had to make a big deal about the hobbit movie coming out. here is us in our costumes...

(i'm not dressed up because i refused to wear an uncomfortable dress for 3 hours)

this is what i think of

finals week---endless hours of studying, eating chocolate, feeling tired and sick, reading magazines, sitting in my dorm room, and wishing i had a life. i don't have much to say, and i really don't know why i'm holding a J. Crew magazine, but i just cannot wait till school is finally over and i am laying on a beach in Costa Rica. 

update: only 17 days until Christmas...!!!

almost everything i buy now is for my mission. it will be cold in Ireland and Scotland  - with a lot of rain - (my favorite!), but the summers will be warmer. i'm going to be wearing a lot of coats, rain boots, scarves, and hats. these are just a few cute items on my list but i am mostly IN LOVE with the cocoon coat from J. Crew.
